Powertrain choices encompass everything from a frugal 4.3-liter 195-horsepower V6 to a muscular 6.2-liter V8 with 403 hp. Most Chevy Silverados, however, will be fitted with either a 295-hp 4.8-liter V8 or a 315-hp 5.3-liter V8.------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Leaking power steering 2001 renault megane cabriolet

OK... You see it under the car, right? Go in the engine and under it to wipe splashed power steering fluid off the surfaces. Next, put white paper towels under the areas of the engine below where the power stearing pump and hoses are. Run the vehicle at idle and turn the stearing wheel left and right while someone looks under the engine and back to the hoses and stearing pump on top. Yo might be lucky and see spirting from a hose or fitting! If not there should be dripping onto the paper eventually. Turn off the engine and look for streams running down those hoses. Follow the streams upstream to the leak or leaks. If they are from cracked hose, chamge both hoses. If they are from a seal in the power steering pump, replace or rebuild the pump.
