Compression rings might be worn. Run a compression test first using a compression tester. Was your vehicle smoking? If it was smoking then rings are surely worn out
Car is 12 years old, average mileage for that is well over 100K, so expect compression somewhere between 150-200 psi. Important that readings are still close together for balance, but you have some leeway there: Most manufacturers say lowest compression should be within 80 % of highest reading. Any cylinder with low compression (below 140 or 150) should have a leak-down test to pinpoint where compression is lost.
90 psi compression is the minumun for gas engine to ignite, you have low compression what is the compression next to it? The compression on Honda V6 is 200psi. you can have a valve problem a blown head gasket, Also make sure your compression gauge is accurate by using another compression gauge
when you do your compression test squirt some oil in the cylinder through the spark plug hole first then check compression if you have compression then its rings. If still no compress you might have worn off cam lobes.
Vacuum leak? You said compression is good. You checked crankning compression, did you check running compression. A broken valve spring would cause good cranking compression but very low running compression
Normal compression will be between 185 to 205. Minimum compression is 180 Lowest compression reading should not be less than 70 percent of your highest compression reading. None of the compression readings should be less than 100 psi.
