it is the abs ,, you need to replace it.

Common slave cylinder available for around $40 at Repco, will do the job. You will also need some brake fluid for bleeding it when replaced. Avoid getting fluid on your skin.

The indicator comes as a seperate part,which is quite expensive from dealer
To fit new part,involves removing glass etc,to gain access
Your local body shop,should be able to help,or local auto electrician

have you checked the crank position sensor (CPS)?

Look on Ebay. I bought all kinds of used parts for my Mercedes, (3) 300 TDS and a 300SD. Parts are plentiful for these models and very affordable on Ebay, or perhaps even Craigs List. There is a Mercedes Benz internet forum where members post their sales and needs. I don't know what the import laws are in Malaysia, but I cannot imagine the imposts are high on used auto parts.
