You must remove the washer fluid reservoir. The pump is located in the bottom of the resevior and usually is just pressed in and held in place and sealed by a sturdy "O" ring.
I wouldn't think so, the windshield and rear window washer are operated with independent pumps in their respective reservoir. I would check fluid levels and washer fuse(s)
i would guess by your question that you are used to Fords. Chrysler vehicles do not use these switches. just pressure switches and fuel pump relay. from relay power then goes right to the fuel pump.
