Its a hot start issue.

Can be related to low fuel pressure or problem with crank sensor.

SOURCE: Jeep needs to crank twice to start + rich gas smells once started

That code PO455 is indicating that you have a fuel vapor leak somewhere in the system. I'd check from purge canister back taking a close look at all the vapor hose to the tank. If all that check out, purge solenoid & canister would be my next area to check. That's probably what your smelling , so it might be easier than you think to sniff out the source.

I have 95 nissan hardbody 4 cylinder automatic it's bends over and won't start we can bump it and keep bumping it and it will start up I have no idea what the problem is runs good when it's cranked

Does it sound as if the starter kicks out before the engine starts if yes the starter drive has gone bad, you can have the starter repaired or replace it. If it just cranks and won't start check the battery if it's getting bad it will crank the engine but not have enough power left to run the electronics. I hope this helps, take care. If you have more questions for Me use testimonial. Thanks.

Not starting on first crank when engine is warm.Have to crank three times. Crank first time when cold.

Sounds like the starter has worn out. The brushes could be worn out or it could have a dead spot in the armature.

Crank engine many times

But it starts good cold? The injectors are leaking ( dirty ) the fuel pressure can be too high or low the fuel pressure regulater can be leaking or bad, the fuel filter can be stopped up' the check valve in the fuel pump can be bad letting all the fuel back into the tank and it has to reprime every time the oil pressure switch can be bad and the pump doesnt start till the override kicks in ( then the thing will take the exact same number of cranks to start) Try to start it by just bumping the starter three times then crank it if it starts right up then you know where to look.

1998 Jeep Wrangler hard starting when engine hot

I know that a lot of starters will not start quickly and draw a lot of power if the engine is up to temp. Try a higher CCA battery (Cold Cranking Amp) Battery, your bat may be to low of a rating. If it has a remotely mounted solenoid, not on the starter. If it does it may be mounted somewhere that it gets to hot, relocate to a cooler portion of the engine bay.
