Clutch pedal goes almost to floor before engaging clutch.
Not sure if theses have adjustment on them but if so it will be under the dash on the clutch rod its self

Fan clutches for Envoys and Trailblazer are a problem, they go out all the time.
However, it is normal for it to do this when cold, but will only stay engaged for maybe 15 seconds AFTER you've put it in gear and have started to drive. After this, it will disengage and allow the engine to warm up faster.
If you haven't already replaced the fan clutch once, you're lucky. 2002 is especially bad for the clutches, but all years don't last long. Mine lasted 90k which is pretty long.

sounds like you have a worn set of park break shoes. they are located inside /behind the read rotors. if you remove the rotor and the shoes look fine then you can adjust them with the little star gear located on the bottom of the brake shoes.

either the clutch master cylinder went bad or the clutch slave went bad. look for dripping fluid

With the hydraulic systems, there is no adjustment. So what pedal travel you have is likely normal for that vehicle.

CLUTCH PEDAL HEIGHT
The clutch pedal height should not be a periodic adjustment but may be checked after components of the mechanical clutch system have been replaced.
The proper clutch pedal height should be 0.2 in. (5mm) above the brake pedal height
If adjustment is necessary, loosen the locknut and turn the adjusting bolt until the appropriate height is reached. Once set, keep the bolt from turning and tighten the locknut to secure the adjustment.
CLUTCH PEDAL FREE-PLAY
The clutch pedal free-play should be checked from time-to-time in order to assure proper clutch operation.
The proper clutch free-play should be 0.6-1.1 in. (15-25mm).
