According to my wiring diagram, the headlight switch works a relay which is powered by two different fuses.
I would check the relay for voltage first.
You may need a repair manual to trace the circuits.

My 2002 rav4 wont start. Fuses and spark plugs all work and its getting fuel. It wants to go but just wont fire up. My headlights wont work either. Have checked fuses and they are fine. All other lights...

Double check I'll bet it is not getting spark, So something is off. Last time serviced? any recent repairs? Sounds like valve timing belt was not installed correctly.

One low beam wont turn on, but both high beams will

ok if you run a power wire to the positive on battery does it go?
if so its a plug or cable issue. if not make an earth wire for the earth side of light and try the power again. if it goes you have a bad earth.

Tail light is not lighting up in my 2000 ford expedition

brake and turn are the same filament in the bulb. Try a new bulb. if that doesn't work your going to chase a short/ground on that wire back to the switch. get a wiring diagram to help.

My headlights wont power on. i have power to the h4 connectors and all my other accessory lights are working except my headlights. what is the problem or how can it be fixed?

My friends did the same thing, apparently there is a bimetlalic strip
in the headlight switch, the temperature must be up for the headlights to work. I do not know the rational behind this.
So need a new headlight switch (his is on the signal light arm), of
find a way to bypass the temperature sensor (bimetallic strip)
