95 volvo 940 jetronic error codes 113 212 232

My car runs ok for a mile and then starts to hesitate and almost stall then shoots forward and almost stalls and shoots forward etc.
I have replaced the mass air flow sensor and spark plugs and fuel filter and used injector cleaner. Each fix helps for a couple of days and then the hesitation comes back.The problem is somewhat intermitant.

I have a 1995 Volvo 960 with similiar problem, the car drives fine when engine is cold and at high rpm's but when engine warms up and I have to stop it stalls and hesitates I've replaced plugs, have a new O2 sensor, and havre cleaned the MAF. I get error code 212 and am about to replace the MAF but it is very expensive. Any help quickly would be great.

Change the the O2 senor on the catalytic convert. Its probably dead.

Error code 1-1-3 = bad fuel Injector
Error code 2-1-1 = No O2 sensor signal.
Error code 2-3-2 = O2 sensor signal error

Replace the O2 sensor. Erase the error codes by removing fuse no1 for 5 minutes. Start the car and drive it down the road for 5 minutes. then read the error cods again.

Check Idle Air Valve, and clean if necessary. Also check your Air Mass Meter. Because it's a 95 I think you are on an OBD I system and should have the codes scanned.

Start by checking the sparkplugs and the plug wires,if it misfires under a load it will cause your hesitation, start there hope this helps.

Check the fuse to the injector. If it is out or got wet, it could mimic these conditions. let me know what happens. I have an 85 model.
