If not the brakes, it could be a ruined wheel bearing. To check, raise the wheel just off the ground with your jack, parking brake on. Grab the tire, try to move it back and forth, just feel for play right at the wheel. The tire should have no play in it, except for a very small amount, only a fraction of an inch. If you feel significant movement shaking it, or moving it, its probably a bearing. You'd better replace it before it gets worse. It is bad on the tire, too-it will wear uneven. After the work is done, you will need an alignment for your car.
We have tried that & the bearings seem to be ok, there was no movement to the wheel when we done that
Did you spin the tire around and listen for noise when raised? IDK, I think I would pull the brake caliper off and visually inspect the pads, if you haven't already. Check all around for damage, with the wheel off. Next would be to have a mechanic ride in the car and listen to it.

Get your truck up in a rack and take a look at the drive shaft, the differential, the u joints and the ball joints. Regards, joe

It sounds like you have a bad wheel bearing and you should have that checked.I would also check the passenger side as well.If you jack the vehicle so the front tire comes off the ground and try to move it from the top and bottom of the tire with a push pull type motion you will notice some movement if the bearing is getting pretty bad but sometimes when it is bad you might not feel it at all.If this is the case you will have to bring it somewere to get it diagnosed.
