Replaced water pump today not leaking from there. The leak is dripping straight onto my front differential cant find where its coming from steady leak
I can give you a couple of possible causes(1)freeze plugs in the block, there round & look like drink coasters, but are brass(2)intake manifold gasket can be leaking from the corners where water jackets are/also the head gasket both are on all four corners,I don't know what motor you have, but there are pipes that are called crossovers that run from the back off the timing cover to the heater core on the fire wall, sometimes on top of the manifold on one side & there will be a hose connected to it possible bad hose or corroded tube?

i believe this part you are referring to is the intake manifold. it seems to be a big problem with the older ford mustangs. make sure before you spend the big bucks on it that it's not just the water pump gasket.

frost plugs on the side of the block or something that you installed may have not sealed. can happen know the drill.

the generally leak from the cover..
have the cover replaced and there is a gasket you can buy at a low cost + you might want to add some high temp silicone before between the gasket and the cover...
hope this helps.

You know what i would do if i were you. I would get some BARS radiator leak stop. This stuff is unbelievable for the price. I bought an older grand am for a work beater, had a bad coolant leak and i didnt feel like pulling the water pump and jacket because it woulda cost me more for the jacket and gaskets then i bought the car for. Put a bottle of leak stop in there for 10 bucks and it stopped and hasn't leaked sense.
