Have a rattle in the dashboard, center/driver region up top. It starts at about 70 mph and is loud enough clicking sound to prevent the radio deadening the sound at ave. level. ??? seems like an interior dash problem.

Noises are decieving. Cud be steering system or wheels or suspension. If ball joint fails car cud flip ovr.hav pro testdrive it. Seek a gudguy at surecritic.com
Does the car make this sound when the car has just been turned off and engine is still hot? Lightly push the car back and forth while it's in park. Does it still make that sound?
sounds kinda silly, but any coins etc in the cup holders up front?? They rattle like crazy.
If its behind the cd / radio this item is easy to remove yourself. Start at the bottom from cup holder section, snap itout on the front and the sides are simple screws and plugs.
Did it myself to take coins out of the CD player that my 2yr old inserted??!! DOH
