That usually causes a whole heap of troubles because the amp and radio are connected to the BCM and are part of the computer system. Things like turn signal clickers and door open chimes are actually part of the radio / amp system.
Do yourself a huge favor and hit up a local parts store or even a Wal-Mart, they'll have the exact harness that connects an aftermarket stereo head unit's wiring to your factory wiring(thatv stock stereo plugged into). I'll put a pic and link of what you need, I'll use amazon although I have no affiliation with them, Check this out:

There are several different wires, colors being blk/w, grn/lt blu, and pnk/wht. If you are having problems with the seat belt staying on, then prob going to be the GEM (generic electronic module).
