Basically it makes a kinda whining rattling sound when I start the car up after sitting for a long time and cold. If I press in the clutch it completely stops the noise. It only makes the noise for a few minutes but does sound pretty loud, but after it starts to warm or if I take off driving it just goes away and never returns until the car has sat overnight once again. One person said it's the throw out bearing if stops making the noise when engaging the clutch. The good thing is doesn't make the noise constantly and throughout the day I won't hear it again. Most online seem to have constant noise probs and mine is only at start up. Possibly once the trans fluid coats the noisy bearing it temporarily solves the problem but I'd like to have a really good idea before I take it to a shop. Thanks in advance
