I replaced the turn signal bulbs in the front and back on right side. Turn sig blinks normal speed when light switch is off, but blinks fast when light switch is on. Same thing when just the parking lights are on. Left side is normal.
Turn on park lights and signal on right side and take a good look at the front and rear light , see if one is dimmer than the other this may be due to a bad ground and when the park lights are on and drawing more power it also needs better ground, check the sockets front and rear try wiggling the bulb to see which one is causing the problem
Sounds like you have a bad ground. Follow the wiring harnesses under the hood and in the trunk, there should be a ground wire going to the chassis or to the body. If they are all clean and tight, you might be looking at a bad light socket.

the bulb is blown out. you need to change it. also if the bulb is not blown out or if the blinker still blink fast after you change the bulb then you have a ground problem. just remove that blinker light and check the ground wire on it. if you need to replace it and find a good groun on the car. you should be fine. this is all it is .

any increase in bink speed is direcly related to a bulb being burt out.

Hello. The symptoms you are describing are likely due to a poor ground. Temporarily install a new ground wire by securing a piece of copper wire to the frame with a self tapping screw. Use this ground wire along with the hot wire to see if each of these lights works. If it does, trace the ground wire back to the frame, unscrew it and clean up the metal with emery cloth so you reestablish a good ground.
