Have the battery checked again, and have the terminals and battery connectors cleaned of any corrosion.

SOURCE: 2003 Chrysler Town & Country will not start.

The code p1684 only states the battery has been disconnected within the last fifty starts. If the code set before you disconnecet the the battery you may have a bad ASD relay. ASD relay supplies all the power. If it stops working you may have a voltage drop or no voltage at all. Its located in the fuse block in the engine compartment. Chryslers are funny. When you have a voltage issue you may experience things clicking on and off

Town country alternator

Check connections to Alternator and Battery. If probably connected, have someone check the Alternator output. If still good, check fuse.

Key stuck in ignition of 2009 chrysler town and country

Try to start it in neutral. If it starts then it sounds like a neutral safety switch. If the battery is dead it may not let the key out unless you jump the van.

2009 Chrysler town and country wont start.

Making several stops can cause the battery to be discharged to the point it will not restart the engine. Remember it takes about 20 minutes driving at highway speed to restore the power back to the battery it used to start the engine. Also, have your charging system checked for proper operation. Your alternator should charge between 14.2 to 14.8 volts at all times weather it is under no load or at full load to be charging at the optimal charge rate.

1996 Town and country new battery.. Drove car 10 miles went to get in the next day car did not start once jumped the car will start. what could it be?

Make sure the battery connections are clean and tight. Can be a Defective alternator or something is pulling power from the battery. If you have a multimeter test the DC voltage at the battery with the engine running. You should see at least 13.5 volts. Any less and the alternator is weak or bad. If it checks good and you cannot find anything that is on, such as glove box, under hood, trunk, courtesy, or dome lights, then drive to a trusted auto parts store and have them check the electrical charging system.

My 2005 c&t minivan, won't start with out a jump.

Replace your battery. It is low/not holding a charge and you are slowly burning out your alternator by boosting and running the vehicle. Once the battery is replaced, put a volt meter on the alternator and it should read between 13.9 and 14.2 volts. If it does not, replace the alternator.
