My mechanic found trouble codes 2127 and 2138 but they are Kia specific. Can anyone tell me what they refer to?
Thanks,
Alec Parley
Yes, P2127 refers to throttle / pedal position sensor switch E circuit
low input , and P2138 refers to throttle / pedal position sensor switch
D & E voltage correlation . yours is a drive by wire technology
vehicle ( no throttle cable) , you have an issue with that system /
circuit .

The p2127 code is an Accelerator position sensor (low input) as is the p(2138) could be moisture or debris in harness plugs. Try using dielectric grease.
