The fuse that controls the seatbelt power windows and gauges keeps blowing its a 7.5 a fuse.  The door open light and the chime stays on constantly while i drive when i replace the fuse the chime stops. When im driving but the fuse soon blows out and the chime continues. but the door open light stays on all the time. Probably a faulty door switch. Are you familiar with what I'm talking about. Little push like switches that the doors push on as they close, usually on door post by latch end, or sometimes in jamb of door at hinge end.

Door chimr module loca5ion 2005 taurus

There isn't a chime module , built into instrument cluster !
Door Ajar Chime
The door ajar chime feature is controlled by the smart junction box (SJB). The driver and passenger door ajar switches, and the lift gate are hardwired to the SJB. If any door or lift gate is sensed as being open, and the ignition switch is in RUN/START position, the SJB will process the input and sends a chime request to the instrument cluster over the controller area network (CAN).
Safety Belt Warning Chime
The safety belt chime feature is controlled by the restraints control module (RCM). The driver safety belt switch is hardwired to the RCM. The RCM communicates with the instrument cluster over a hardwire connection. If at any time during the first 6 seconds after the ignition switch is placed in RUN the driver safety belt is sensed as being unfastened, the RCM will process the input, and in turn, sends a chime request to the instrument cluster.
Do you know what C.A.N controller area network is ? Serial data communication bus.

There is another legitimate and easy way to disable seat belt chime. Radio is supposed to stay on til door opens. That is correct

Camry door chime stays on, door ajar light goes off as normal

Could be the sensor in the key switch telling you the key is still in the lock.

I have a 1997 toyota corolla that one of the chimes (seat belt, key ignition or lights) just started dinging and won't stop until the car is turned off.

Get in the car, make sure your dome light is set to door-operation.
Close all the doors, does the dome light go out?
If so, it's not the door ajar chime. If not, one of your door pin switches is defective.
Buckle your seatbelt, does the seatbelt warning light on the dash go out?
If so, it's not the seatbelt alarm. If not, it's the seatbelt buckle receiver.
The light warning works with the key off, so it is not that since turning the car off would not stop it.
Last thing it could be is the ignition key alarm.
I have seen a few malfunction over the years.

91 Camry fuse problem

If there is anything, that is in any way "burnt", it needs to be replaced.
I would try a local auto recycler before I ordered a new light failure sensor.
