The Heater Fan will not blow, we have already replaced the Heater Control Panel and the Heater Relay behind the Cubby Hole, the fuses are all ok under the hood and on the door panel. Please Help!
Re: Blower Fan will not blow, we have already replaced...
You need to replace the fan ...its under the hood on the passenger side held in bt 3 screws and one plug this is the only motor on that side of the vehicle and only takes a half hour to change out

What is VBC? Ah, probably Variable Blower Control? my guess you got wires crossed, or a short around the control or even direct short to hot (12vdc) wire. Double check your work, wire connections. Instructions? with the new? double check.
well the blower work on HIGH>?
if the blower i dead on high , replace the fuse. called blower
if the fuse is good, then the blower is bad , the controls to it are bad
the FSM covers all the tests.
if not DIY person, take it in for service.
or look on alldata.com (online, almost FSM)
REPLACE THERMOSTAT.IF ALREADY DONE.CHECK HEATER BLOWER MOTOR SEE IF POWER GOING TO HEATER BLOWER MOTOR.IF YES BLOWER MOTOR BAD.IF NO POWER GOING TO BLOWER MOTOR CHECK AC AND HEATER CONTROL FUSE AND CHECK BLOWER MOTOR FUSE AND RELAY IF ALL IS GOOD CHECK SEE IF POWER GOING TO AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH IF YES THE AC AND HEATER CONTROL SWITCH COULD BE BAD.
When the blower works only on the high setting its usually a bad blower resistor which is right near the blower motor. now you say it would always blow high regardless of the fan speed setting that would indicate probably the climate control unit or a connector problem somewhere. finally it not working at all may be the climate control unit or connection went bad even further. it might have a blown fuse or a bad blower motor in addition to the climate control unit or connector problem .check for power and ground at the blower motor. the power is supplied from fuses and may have a relay also. the ground is supplied from the climate control unit and goes through the resistor to control the fan speed. good luck
REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR. IF YOU GET ONLY ONE CONTROL SPEED.IF YOU HAVE ALREADY REPLACE BLOWER MOTOR RESISTOR.BLOWER MOTOR CONTROL SWITCH BAD. REASON BLOWER STAY ON ALL THE TIME.FAN BLOWER MOTOR RELAY BAD.
.
Have you checked for 12V at the blower fan motor?
