The change filter and change oil light come on premateral. How to correct this?
Hi, I'm a DIY guy, but I don't know how to reset the oil maintenance light that came ON on my 2010 Altima. I had it service at the dealer and won't tell me how to reset it. Thanks

On our 2010 Ultima I was able to clear the " maintenance filter"
On a 2008 Altima Hybrid there are 2 buttons on dash board ,left side of the steering wheel. With the car running I was able to navagate thru several pages and eventually reset the oil and the filter counter.

2009 this is a diagnostic job dealer only ,my alldata book only goes up to 2007 then it say consult dealer ,but this is a europen book for europeon cars and we do have encrypted software on europeon market models

To reset "Maintenance Notice" on the display, turn the ignition key to ON, with engine off. Select the "Maintenance Schedule' key by using the button to right or left. Using the button select the "Reset" key and push the "Enter" button.
