New distributot new relays new fuel pump new circuit opening relay.
I'm sure you know the fuel pump won't have any affect on the ignition.
You may need a repair book to get the procedures and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot the ignition system.
I am assuming a new coil came with the replacement distributor. Did the cap and rotor get replaced too ?
Do you have voltage going to the distributor coil ?
Is the rotor turning when the engine is cranked ?

It is located above the glove box. It is the second relay from the left. If you pick up the chilton manual at your local auto parts store you will see the location and have the testing procedures for it.
SOURCE: No power to fuel pump.
No power to the fuel pump is a common issue with Toyota Trucks. More than likely, the power wire at the top of the fuel tank sending unit is rusted off. If this is the case, you either need to drop the tank, or remove the bed to replace the sending unit assembly. I have done it both ways, but have found that removing the bed is easier than dropping the tank.

to check the fuel pump on you car you need to put ignition in the on position and open the butterfly of the MAF sensor that is mounted on top of your air filter. Toyota's fuel filter won't come on unless there is air going in the engine. your problem may not be the pump, so you need to check the pump properly.

The relay and fuse is located under the hood in the relay box. It will be labeled on the lid. If fuse is good, then test the relay. Pull it out and with a test light see if there is power. If there is then remember that one. Have some one turn the key on and find another power wire. There should be 2 powers. If there is only one power then there maybe a problem in the ignition switch. If there is 2 powers then you need to get to the top of the fuel tank and see if power is getting to the pump. The power at the pump will be there for only a few seconds once the key is turned on and then will drop off. Let us know how it goes.
