Heater blower won't come on

Could be the blower motor relay, the control panel on the dash, or the resistor.
You would need to check the blower motor for power and ground then work back to the fuse. I think the relay is in the box near the battery.

1995 Pontiac Grand AM SE. Heater fan works for weeks then won't go, try a couple hours later then it goes.

It sounds like the brushes on armature for (blower motor ) are worn. Sometime a bad spot on the armature from not being used often and also by being in the engine compartment where it is exposed to condensation. When the brushes stop at that particular spot, the blower will not start spin process unless it draws alot of current that may be why the fuse blew. You can remove the blower and examine or just make the change.

After i change thebrake switch will my fan blower for my heater and ac start working agian

No it won't.The brake switch is for brake light, interlock shift solenoids, transmission TCC controls, and stoping the vehicle, You fan blower has a completely different power supply that is independant from the brake electrical system, For you fan blower to operate its either the fan resistor blower or the fans control switch to the fuse

Blower won't work on heater

Check fuse first, then blower resistor on plenum for continuity between resistive elements. Replace if no continuity. It should be on top of plenum about a handspan or two from the blower motor.
