Body work was done at the dealer and when the car was returned the heater does not work blows cold air only the heater was working before it was taken to have the body work done. is it that someting just did not get reconnected, fuse, need some help please.
I strongly recommend you take it back to the dealer and ask for help.
If it is something they damaged, and you have another shop repair it, the dealer is then off the hook for responsibility.
The problem could be a blend door under the dash, or the heater core may not be getting proper coolant flow.

does the car not heat up in general? Whats the temp gauge doing and how long of a ride have you tried this for?

check the radiator hoses to see if they are war mto the touch. if cold, the thermostat is seized open
