what engine is in it? answers depend on THAT. (accurate)
ever put in spark plugs this decade?
engine (good engines)
stall for these reasons.
1: BAD SPARK (do a tune up ever?)
2: BAD FUELING. (too much floods talls, tool little stave stall)
3: EGR main valve stuck open.
4: ISC stuck closed (idle speed controller)
5: lost 12vdc power to the EFI system, (loose fuse?)

un hose it, unbolt it. and its off.

which of the 6 engine you have?
we cant guess them. you must say
open hood, look up , see that EPA sticker there,
the engine type and size, is there.
cooling systems are different by ENGINE.

most fan relays are in the fuse boxes. did you look in all fuse boxes
yet>? if not, do so , its marked, read the markings.

can you tell us what told you that.
1: autozoned
2: your car dash
3: your scan tool?

if a real scan tool it will show, P0700
p0 means federal std. codes....

this engine is hard to work on
its a Frankenmix car, Suzuki, Daewoo, GM-Holden mix.
my wild guess it has GM engine controls, so getting good info is hard.

try replacing the fuse. it is located either in your kick panel (below the steering wheel) or fuse box inside the engine bay

The ECM or computer needs a reflash done to it. The code is for the EVAP system. Takes over a hour to check the EVAP system and to reprogram the computer. Then the idle speeds need to be relearn. I know, I work on them. Don

normally the fuse panels are under the dash on the drivers side... or in the engine compartment near the battery.
