Check the bulbs. Also check the grounds on the side that doesn't flash.
You know you have 2 flashers right, one for emergency flashers and one for signal lights? Does it refuse to flash on both sides, right and left? Have you checked all bulbs front and back are good?
Yes all bulbs are good. Yes it won't flash on either side, left or right. No, I didn't know there were two. Where is the other one?
If it's not in fuse panel, then maybe up under dash on drivers side. That is a 93 sundance correct?
Check behind glove box on passenger side as well.

Hi There are various reasons that the turn signals might not be working. First of all check your fuses to make sure none of them are blown; next, check your bulbs. In your case if those are in good condition as you said then it might be your turn signal relay--in many car models these are located around the fuse panel somewhere, although they may not be immediately visible--also check to see if your hazard lights are working--if they are, and your fuses and bulbs aren't burnt it's probably your signal relay (note: there is one for the hazards and one for the turn signals) If your hazards and your turn signals are not working you may have a more in depth electrical problem, or both relays could be blown--however unlikely. One of the last things is look at the actual switch in the driving column that turns on your signals. Thank you for contacting fixya.com

SOURCE: No signal lights at all and no emergency flashers
you need to check the "combination turn signal/hazard flasher/daytime running lights module"
it is located in the junction block, the junction block is adjacent to and left of the steering column, you need to remove the lower dash panel below the steering column, then remove the steel knee brace.

quick fix,try to run jumper wire from solid lime green wire to tail light green/orange wire Your problem is no power
SOURCE: turn signals dont work. emergency
there is no specific fuse for turn signals, you are looking at a switch or flasher
