Fuel Gauge wont move past 3/4 of a tank even with full tank of gas. Is there an easy fix or should I just get over it?

Best to chk. all connections, sounds like a poor ground either buy the tank, or in the dash. It also could be a fulty sending unit or flote in the tank.

Sounds like a bad ground for the sending unit.

There is a switch in the trunk. It is usually on the drivers side. It is an Inertia switch and it has a button you press to reset it.
This Inertia switch is a safety item and sometimes they work when a trunklid slams or a door closes just the wrong way.
You could have blown a fuse although there is usually a reason for it. The owners manual shows the placement and size of the fuse. If you can not get the fuel pump to work, then most likely it is bad.
I hope it is only a matter of resetting the Inertia switch in the trunk.
