My EC light stays on. When I pop the hood, pull the AC fuse, replace it and then push the EC button the light will go off and my AC will work perfectly. However when I turn the car off I have to go through this process again in order to get air again. What do I need to do to fix the problem. 1996 S 320

Its on the top of the cover you took off to see the spark plug connectors its 153624.

their are some electrical issues with s320 throttle valve electric failure --coil pack failure -- check fuses and relays then check battery and connections and try to start with boost if starts check and test battery and alternator --and check the wiring connections for loose , frayed , damaged ,and corrosion the following link are some of the problems acossiated with your vehicle

Can I use a remote starter on my 1999 Mercedes s320? If so, which one is best for my vehicle?

you would have to call dealer in order to find out what type remote..they might ask for vin number found on inner driver door or dash board on driver side good luck
