What is problem if previa wont start but turns over

I had a similar problem with my 95 Le/Sc. The main Fuse box under the hood next to or connected to the battery bracket had shorted a wire out. I think it was under the 100 amp. fuse' (There are 3 fuse, i think the other ones were a 60 amp and a 7 amp.) There are (2) 8 or 10 gauge wires connecting this fuse box to the Main fuse box in the the inside the van. This is just something else to look at.

You need spark to the plugs, fuel to the injectors, and normal compression. One of the three is missing.
