Check fuses.
if good, the player is jammed, service said player.
some players have a emergency eject feature. RTm.
every player is different , RTM for your player.
on some there is a tiny hole, you push in a paper clip and push
and it ejects.
others the lid must come off.

most stock or DIN radio heads, etc, need a special key to remove
them. unlocks it and then the head comes out with screws.
codes are for unlocking a locked head, (software, if not enabled
you dont have this.)

Why does CD player read disc, then ejects?

It tries but can't read the disc, then it ejects it. If CD player plays other discs OK, then it is the disc. If it won't play anything there is a problem with the CD player.

2004 lexus RX330. CD player has 6 cd's in it. Has one cd in it. Will not play or eject. Error 4

Something inside the cd player has broken and can most likely be sent off for repair but I don't know how much that would cost, but a new one can range anywhere from $500-$1,000.

2007 toyota camry cd player reading error 1

I had the error code no. 1 in my 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid. It has the CD radio unit with JBL system. It will not eject the CD, or play it. I removed the entire radio/CD unit and replaced it with a used excellent unit bought off of ebay for $100, and the replacement works fine. However the replacement is also 7 years old. Therefore I would not be surprised if it failed again. Prior to the error 1 I had intermittent error 3 codes, which had the same effect: no playing of the CD, unable to eject, and unable to insert other CDs. Sometimes the error codes would go away, and the function would be normal. But once it started, I think it was on a downhill path. A new replacement is nearly $2000. Used are about $100 to $200 or more depending on the seller and condition of the unit. Youtube has videos on how to replace the unit which only requires simple tools: it is not difficult but takes about 45 minutes to an hour. If you do it you have to put the car in gear to move the gear shift gate, which requires the car to be on, so you should have the parking brake on for safety. One alternative is to send your unit to a repair company but that might cost more than simply replacing the unit. Good luck!

CD Player keeps ejecting the CD

Either Cd is problematic or lens inside of cd player is covered with dust. There is no way of properly cleaning it unless you remove the cd player out and disassemble.

You may try cd cleaner kits but ususally they cant help.

You need to pull CD player, then remove lid (4 small screws) and you'll find CD lodged and can easily remove. Put lid back on, reinstall player and you're GOLDEN!

Toyota dashboard CD player won't eject

I had this say problem with my 2000 solara. Here is the fix, remove one of the car battery terminals for a couple of mins (3-4mins). The reattach the battery terminal back. This would make your cd player and car clock reset. once you start your car you should be able to eject the cds. You'll just need to reprogram all your preset radio station. Hope it helps
