If you still have the SRS module out then you have disrupted the CAN network if you plug it in and still does not work then pull the neg battery cable for five min to reset the network but wait 2min after pulling the ign key out -

2000 s80 t6 interior lights alarm and sunfoof stop working ?

The alarm siren has failed. The alarm siren and sunroof module are on the same communication circuit. If you remove the right front wheel fender liner you can unplug the siren module and see if the sunroof begins working normally.

If it does, replace the siren.

There were quite a few of the earlier s80s that had the power wire trapped under the bolts for the survivors and/or dome lamp assy. If you've had anything out interior wise start there first.

I changed my battery and now srs airbag urgent service and ABS warning is on 2001 volvo s60. All fuses are good. Tried Computer reset thru unlock/lock from the car door using the keys and did not work. ...

You need an EOBD reader. Your fault is probably in the module (located in the console) (it's bolted to the hump). The code reader will specify the fault.

My 99 volvo s80 has an SRS warning light that comes on and my #7 fuse continues to blow out even after being changed over and over again. This affects my power windows, automatic headlights, turn signals,...

Hi,

I had the exakt same problem on my s80 T6 -99. A power cable was stuck under the drivers seat making a shortcut and blowing fuse nr 7. The SRS message is reseted by computer.

1999 Volvo s80 SRS light on says it needs urgent service

You are in the Ballpark. It will cost you several Hundred to fix. Will prob have to have the module replaced. Go to a trusted European repair placed. DO NOT TAKE TO DEALERunless you want to give them the car. They are very happy with $$$$$$$$ You can fix for alot less than dealer. Good luck.

Volvo s80 dashboard fault

This is a known problem although Volvo will not admit it. The dash needs to come out (10 min job) and sent away for a simple repair. Total cost is about £150 but you will need to get the SRS warning that will be showing in the LED message display cancelled by a Volvo dealer after the dash has come back. Don't try a scrapyard dashboard the ECUs have IP addresses. I used a company in Kent to do the repair. Get onto Google there may be a repairer more local.
