Check the U-joints and axle baerings. But its most likely because the truck is in four wheel drive.

On A 2003 Pontiac Montana AWD, What could cause vibration in the front end while accelerating a right hand turn?

Left wheel bearing or either CV axle,(left or right) Axles usually make the vibration turn left or right. Bearings will get loader turning. When you turn right, the pressure is on the left side.

Front wheel bearings bad

if it gets louder when you turn left then the right front wheel bearing is bad and vice versa it gets louder when the weight shifts to that wheel

When turning at slow speeds, my pontiac sunfire 1998 makes a thump or clunk from my left front wheel well, could this be steering problems or a strut thqt needs to be replaced?

If the car is front wheel drive then the problem would be in the CV joint. If not front wheel drive then it could be anything in that left wheel. Brakes, bearings, strut, bushings whatever else there is.

I have a 1999 sunfire and when going slow speeds it has a vibration/shimmy in the front end. What could this be?

A worn or broken motor mount will cause a vibration in the front end at low speeds. With the vehicle turned off and motor cool you can grab the motor and attempt to rock it from front to back and side to side. If there is some significant play there then a motor mount is not doing it's job and will need to be replaced.

2006 Pontiac G6 front wheel vibration

sounds like your front end is worn out and yes tie rod ends are a common source of this problem along with out of balance tires and seperated tire cords, any tire store will inspect your car for free and give you an estimate to repair.
