2001 Buick LaSabre Limited 3.8: 70-80 MPH shake

I replaced the outer tie rod end on the passenger side, CV axel, and it still shakes at 70-80 mph. What else could it be? The roters in the front are new as well.

SOURCE: Front end shakes heavily when making right hand

You don't have the year or anything on your post, but i'm assuming it's front wheel drive, and your problem is likely CV joints. You will have to replace them. The easiest way is to buy half shafts. That would explain the shaking when you turn right, but as for the shaking up to 70, you either have a wheel out of balance, or bent rim, or a tire that has gone out of shape.

SOURCE: I HAVE NEW TIRES AND HAD AN ALIGNMENT ON MY 2001

At that speed I would say a tire is out of balance.

First thing you check are the tires for balancing and/or damage.

SOURCE: car shakes at 54 mph and 62 mph. Bought new front tires, still shakes.

if tires were balanced and aligned than it seems to be a bad wheel bearing.

2001 Ford ranger shakes at 45 mph until I let off the gas. I drive a little further and it starts shaking again until I let off the gas. Drive more, shakes, let off the gas. Still shakes.

Have the front end checked for worn parts like suspension rubber bushings and worn tie rod ends or ball joints, all will cause this

Has a shake in the front end shakes then stops then shakes again only at hwy speeds around 70 mph

Looseness in the front end or a tread separation in the tire. This is extreme but you get the idea if there is a bulge near the side of the tire even a tiny one

While driving I make a turn around 45 mph and the cars front right side starts to shake. Also, when Im driving 60 mph on the highaway it starts to shake every 5-7 seconds. What can be the problem?

almost certainly a wheel bearing that is just about to break up.could also be track rod end if you have any play in steering.you need to jack up the car(wheel off the ground)and with your hands at 9-3 oclock, rock from side to side, any "play"will be OBVIOUS. enlist the "eye" or "hands" of a volunteer to help, makes it easier.
