Passenger window wont go up or down. It also seems like the door handle does not close freely. not sure if this might have something to do with this problem. Also the rear wiper only goes forward but will not return and then there is a loud hum because it has not returned.

is this a new car or old car or 2 hand
have you dropped the key before
to look the passengers door with the key you need to
open the passengers door
hold the handle and where ever the look is you push it down or swipe it across with out letting go of the handle and close the door once you have closed it let go of the handle and make sure it worked if it didn't try again
On the passenger door, make sure the latch isn't in the closed position(have someone pull on the handle while pulling the latch mechanism with a screwdriver)The drivers side is gonna be interesting. You might be able to get at the door latch mechanism by rolling the window all the way down, and use a coathanger or similar tool to operate the linkage levers that way.
TAKE A SCREWDRIVER OR SOMETHING TO PUT IN THE GAP IN THE LATCH WHERE THE STIKER IN THE DOOR JAM IS WHEN IT IS CLOSED NORMALLY,& WHILE YOU HAVE THE SCREWDRIVER OR SOMETHING SIMILAR IN THE LATCH,PULL TOWARDS THE CAR WHILE YOU PULL THE HANDLE LIKE TO OPEN THE DOOR AS IF IT WAS CLOSED NORMAL,& IT SHOULD OPEN THE LATCH.
you'll need to remove your door panel (screws are by the door handle,
arm rest, under door and side of door) and pull back the weather seal
(can't reuse it, but it's not that important) and you will be able to
access everything. It could be that the gears are slipping or that the guide rails may have come loose
I had a similar problem with a '95 Olds. Turned out that the wires between the door frame and the driver's side door had broken from the constant flexing of the door opening and closing.
if you can open the door its the lock actuator from handle to lock that may be off need to pull off the door trim panel /please rrate my response thank you very much
