SOURCE: Can't find where the crankshaft position sensor is

It is located around the crank pulley. It will have 2 to 3 wires going to it. That will be the only wires that will be located around the crank pulley.

SOURCE: 2002 dodge stratus crankshaft sensor location?

The crankshaft or the shankcraft as we refer to it is inside the engine, it turns over the pistons. Never heard of such an animal. You may have a fuel pump going out, clogged fuel filter, fuel injectors, Idle air control valve going out, bad plugs, plug wires or distributors. Just began checking them one at a time.
