After removing tire pull bolts holding brake calipers to rotor. Use a clamp or something in that nature to push old brake shoe into housing that way you wont have to bleed your brake system. Replace new shoes and reinstall caliper. Start vehicle and pump up brakes before traveling make sure to test brakes first to make sure no fluid was lost.

I have a 1949 dodge conv. Need to know how to adjust the parking brake

There should be a turnbuckle in the cable between the rear brakes and the handle to take the slack out of the cable. On newer models with self adjusting brakes you would turn the adjuster inside the brake drum.

2001 dodge 4x4 diesel abs and brake light on no codes exist

If the brake fluid is low or if you have low pressure, it will cause both of these lights to come on. This truck has rear drum brakes if I am not mistaken??? you also might want to adjust up the rear brakes some more. The rear brake shoes being out of adjustment can also cause this. Something else you might want to check is the rear speed sensor on the rear differential.

VIEW DIAGRAM FOR 2001 DODGE DURANGO REAR BRKES

I'm sorry but I don't have a diagram of this area. Unless you have a rear disc brake, to my knowledge not an option on that year model, the rear brake drum is setup pretty much the same as any other vehicle. The concept is essentially unchanged in decades for all vehicles.

No brake fluid flow to right rear brake

the stratus is know for clasped rear brake hoses .This stops the flow off brake fluid. try opening the brake lines at the master cylinder that go to the rear.pump up brakes first! if you got fluid than check the brake line if this is rear disc brakes on the line at the rear will be a built in proportioning valve.if drum loosen rubber hose line before the rubber part to see if you have fluid. If you do replace the brake hose! On you 74 challenger by the way i love dodge! any way on the valve there is a small button on the front of the proportioning valve that pops out it needs to be tap in lightly. also hit the brake peddel kind of hard a couple off times if that doesn't work. thanks for your question

p.s that hex bar on the is a junction not a proportioning valve .
