Saab 900s

I assume you've checked the battery and it's connections. Next I would look for a fuse or fuse link that feeds the ignition switch. If that is okay, it points to the ignition switch and it's wiring. I hope this steers you in the right direction.

Take a look at the sparkmodule asm, this is a common problem with these saabs, the next thing would be the fuel preasure, make sure the pump is operating and putting out enough preasure, and last look at all fuses, these barrel type fuse corriod at the end and dont make the connection,

My saab 1994 900 s has no power to fuel pump

Fuel pump runs or not ? If runs and no presure at out put line than either the pump is toast or the filter (before the pump) is plugged or plane Jane no fuel or a pin hole in the suction line (draws air instead of fuel), if the fuel pump does not run, than check the fuse and the connector at the pump to ensure power goes to the pump.

Sputters then dies

Most likely a lack of fuel, check the fuel filter first.

Hey, I just replaced the fuel pump and fuel filter on my 91 Saab 900s and the care turns over but does not start or it starts for a few seconds while pumping the gas and cuts off when you stop the gas....

take out your shrader valve in the fuel rail and bridge 30 and 87 on your fuel pump relay. Run the pump untill there is no more air in the lines.

Where is the fuse relay for fuel pump on saab 900 owners manual says its under steering wheel below instrument panel but i cant find it

The fuses for classic Saab 900s are located under the hood on top of the fender driver's side. This includes fuel pump fuse.
