My car hyundai elantra 98 sudenly stop

My car is a hyundai 1998 elantra SW and is runing perfectly but sometimes sudenly stoped and do not start again, but after 5 minutes i try again it start and runing good it happen very often

    What have you checked so far? Do you have spark when this happens? Are you getting fuel when this happens? Do you know how to check for that?

check to make sure the catalytic converter is not clogged,easy way to test is remove the oxygen sensor before the converter and see if the engine still runs if so cat is probably clogged,get back to me if you need more help,please rate my fix as i strive to be the best Thanks Ray
