I changed my fuel filter on my 97 land rover and it was behind right rear tire kinda on top side of wall of the car you can see it its hooked to the gas line it only took about 15 mins. to change,, good luck

Usually in the tank attatched to the fuel pump and it dosen"t get changed unless the pump is changed.

Do you already have access to your blower motor? If so you should find the resistor on the motor housing where the blower output is located. It will have wiring plugged into it. When you remove it it should look like a heatsink.

Where is my fuel filter located on my 1999 land rover discovery 11 i just bought?
If your vehicle is a Discovery Series II, it is not equipped with a fuel filter. If it is a Discovery Series I it is in the right rear wheel well towards the front. Hope this helps out.

for Land Rover Discovery 1999-2004 no more external Fuel Filter serviceable anymore...it's a built-in part with the fuel pump. so if you want to change the filter then change the whole fuel PUMP.

Where is the fuel filter located on 2000 Land Rover Discovery II
I suggest that you visit the autozone.com website and register the vehicle. It doesn't cost anything and will give you access to an online repair manual for the vehicle. Pretty handy. There should be information available on the fuel system and replacing the fuel filter there. Hope this helped and best wishes.

1995 Land Rover Discovery WHERE are fuel filters servicable? I need o locate and change these of possible - Rover is not starting in a rural area and am working on it myself
The fuel filter is mounted to the frame just ahead of the right rear tire. You can see it through the wheel well. The fittings are very likely to be frozen so I would soak them with some penetrating oil before you try to loosen them. if it is not starting however, I would focus more on the ignition system, the ignition module near the coil in the front left side of the engine compartment may be bad.

Where is the fuel filter located in my land rover discovery?
On the diesel engine TD5 it is mounted in the engine compartment, you cannot miss it.
On the petrol engine V8 it is mounted on the fuel pump inside the fuel tank,
