I can't find the heater fan relay on my 1991 Honda Accord EX 4 dt

Honda cars are known for problems with the fuel pump relay.
The relay fails after the car is run, and the interior is warmed up.
The relay is located under the speedo on most models.

most common is the fuel pump kill relay under dash on left side I believe. I think its under the coin tray. This was a common fail item. local honda dealer or possibly parts store will have it.

You will need a wiring diagram of each circuit affected to trace the wires for a open in the system.

Difficult to describe, but I will give it a try.
Inside the driver's side fender, close to the front of the car, there is a bracket that is held in place by one bolt, but which has a short horizontal bar as part of it which has two large clips encircling two cylinderical devices which have wires clipped into them at the bottoms. The one closest to the front (radiator) is the compressor clutch relay. The other one is the condenser fan relay.

You may have a clogged heater core, leaking heating cores still provide heat.

looks like fuse # 8 "heater control relay- ac clutch relay-cooling fan" fuse runs the 12 volt side " black and yellow stripe wire " pcm or ecm runs the ground side "red -blue stripe wire"- what else do you need?
