My S10 pick up won't start. It cranks, but will not start. Do you think it would be the fuel pressure regulator? I had it on jacks for a couple of days while replacing rear end. When I took it off the jacks, it will not start now. A couple days later it started right up and worked fine then I jacked it up again because Belltech labeled the leaf springs wrong. Now it won't run again. Please let me know if you think it is the fuel pressure regulator.

Did you pinch your gas line or break continuity in the fuel pump wiring? If it ran fine before, I would check your fuel line and wiring. Goes along the inside of the drivers side frame rail. YOu also could have jacked it up at the right angle where sentiment in the tank settled somewhere to where the fuel pump sucked it up. Make sure when you turn the key on, wait to turn the engine over and see if you hear the fuel pump purging the system.
