No start no fuel or spark

What about your ignition module? I can't tell if you just replaced coils or ignition module included? Also, before buying anything, check voltage and ground for ignition module. Pink wire is voltage, black wire is ground.

The crank sensor sends ac signal to ignition module, the module converts signal to dc, something the computer can handle, then sends rpm signal to computer.

Went to see wat was wrong with my 1999 chevy cavaliar they diagnoised it with the proble of having a crank and camshaft postion sensor problem started right up for a day then stauled out and wouldnt start...

thats corret replace crank postion sensor and cam postion senosr as they both cause hard start and no start situations the cam sensor is very easy to change crank sensor needs to have harmonic balancer pulluy removed and then remove sensor and reinstall new sensor easy but you need a removal tool and install tool for that pully can be rented at autozone its free its just a depostit i hope it helps

I am not getting any spark. Replaced the Crank Position Sensor and the ignition module. What else could be causing it? It is a 2002 Chevy Cavalier with the 2.2 OHV motor.

I would say it may be the cam sensor. Test the wires to the sensor while cranking and see if it is getting power. You can always try unpluging it and cranking. It may start for you. It could also be your ecm. The computer controls all of your ignitions.

There is no spark thus car won't start. the battery is fine, it turns over good, it is not flooded, the spark plugs are new, the ignition coil was just replaced, what else controls the spark

The Crankshaft Position Sensor and the Ignition Control Module also control the spark. It depends on whether your vehicle is equipped with the 2.2L engine or the 2.4L engine as to where these components are located and what they look like.

My 1997 chevy cavalier wont start.its getting spark and fuel.but wont fire it has a 2.2 ecotec.

Sounds like cam belt has snapped. If it broke while starting, could be cheap fix...new belt. Worst case: cylinder head off for overhaul...bent valves / pistons replaced.

1999 Chevy tahoe will not start

check the crank sensor. no signal from the crank sensor causes a no spark condition. best way to check is to put a scanner on and check for rpms.
the crank sensor is differnt from the cam sensor
