I have a 1996 oldsmobile cutlass supreme sl and my turn signals left and right only work when i kinds hold the turn signal stick on the BRIGHTS position and my two tail lights wont come on unless i do the same thing please help me i need it fixed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Should be under the dash just to the left of the steering column, sometimes, if you have 2 flashers, you can turn on the emergency flashers and listen and feel for the click, your turn signal flasher is usually right next to the emergency flasher.
Start by checking the fuses that's simple than relay than bulbs last you may have to remove the steering wheel and than replace the entire signal assembly those are pretty much all your options so start with 1 and work your way down the list

the switch isnt the bar is it also how do u replace it
My turn signal only works when moved to lane change position... doesn't work in turn position
