it can only be 2 things 1: bad combo switch (light switches in steering cluster) 2: bad wiring. this assumes the car does not have DRL. day light running lights. i simple tool called a voltmeter finds this fault easy. do yo have one?
check all related wiring,and connections,you may have a bad ,or lose connection some where. retrace everything you did checking that everything is installed properly.

Do not start the car. Tow it to a service centre and have it checked out as this sounds like amajor engine fault that may escalate if driven. If the car has an automatic transmission the drive wheels will need to be lifted or the car put on a truck to stop damage to the transmission when towing.

ANY TIME SECURITY LIGHT COME ON YOU HAVE FAULT IN THE IGNITION KEY OR KEYS THEY COULD BE WORN OUT WHERE TO A POINT WHERE THE BCM AND PCM DONT RECOGNIZE THE CAR KEYS CAUSING NO START CONDITIONS.ALSO WORN KEY SWITCH AND BCM WILL CAUSE NO START CONDITIONS.TRY THESE TWO THINGS TRY ANOTHER CAR KEY IF STILL DONT CRANK.PUT KEY IN IGNITION TURN KEY TO ON POSITION WITH ENGINE OFF LEAVE KEY ON POSITION IN IGNITION FOR 10 MINUTES WATCH DASH SECURITY LIGHT WHEN IT TURNS OFF IN 10 MINUTES.TURN OFF IGNITION FOR 5 SECONDS THEN TRY STARTING CAR IF CRANKS OR DONT STILL THE PROBLEM IS IN THE THEFT SECURITY SYSTEM NEED TO GET DEALERSHIP TO FIX THEY HAVE DIAGNOSTIC EQUIPMENT TO FIX AND REPROGRAM THEFT SECURITY.
