Surely you can check every fuse on the car,
even without a diagram

My ford explorer fuul pump reset button went off and burnt fuel pump up now it blows the 30 amp fuse under hood and still wont start

The Inertia Fuel Shutoff switch would never cause a fuel pump to burn up. If the pump went out, it went out on its own. If it's blowing the fuse, you'll have to examine the wiring harness and ground and possibly replace the pump

Hook battery cables up wrong wont crank

Depending on the type car you have, the main fuse is located in different places. It usually on the positive battery cable at the battery, or in the fuse box found under the hood. It’s a max type fuse high rating like 60 amp. When this fuse is blown the starter will not turn/crank.

I have a 2005 audi a6 3.2, with a NO ignition starting, not lights, no crank and gauges all read in error I think it might be a master relay, where is it and is this common?

No not common! If your battery is fully charged then it will be the main power fuse on the fuse box under hood! Probably 40/50 amp not likely to be a relay!

I have a 2000 eclipse gs, I wired up an aftermarket jvc stereo system, even added amp and subs, it drives fine and has given me no problems for months...than suddenly the radio started randomly shutting...

I'll give you the correct answer, but I know you're not going to want to hear it.
Every step you did, following discovery of the first blown fuse, was the wrong thing to do, and made a simple short in wiring (or internal short in the radio or amp) now a major electrical issue.
When a fuse blows, that is telling you that there is a short somewhere "upstream" of that fuse. With the burnt wiring or burnt electronics smell, that typically is due to using a fuse (or wiring circuit) that has far greater amp rating than the gauge of wiring or devices that are connected to that fuse/circuit. Once you smell anything burnt, the simple short has now spread and increased in electrical damage.

You basically forced the electrical system to do far more damage by disconnecting the battery, replacing the under hood fuse, and forcing current/electricity to a shorted out wiring circuit or shorted component (radio or amp). People always make the fatal mistake of disregarding what a fuse is intended for, and what it should tell you, and they try to force faulty/damaged wiring or equipment to work by repeatedly shoving new fuses back in (frequently with higher amp rating). This makes what started as a simple problem, much much worse.

Now, your first step in repair/recovery is to completely remove the amp and radio, inspect each thoroughly (and smell each for burnt smell), but more importantly examine every inch of EVERY wire that leads to these 2 units all the way from the underhood fuse box to the components themselves (not easy, as you know). I suspect there may be a loom of wires that now has a major short with burnt/melted insulation.

What is problem if previa wont start but turns over

You need spark to the plugs, fuel to the injectors, and normal compression. One of the three is missing.

Not completely sure your problem. Are you low beams out and your high beams still work? If so, switch relay #46 with relay #45 in the fuse box under the hood. Do your lights now come on? If so, replace the low beam relay.

Car turns over but wont start

Start with checking all the fuses, One in the fuse box either under the hood or under the dash will have ignition on it. CVheck them all for burnt ones and replace with same amp fuse. Some times this certain one is under the hood but could be in the inside one as well. let me know if that works and if not I will continue to help you try other things. Raz

Radio and all dome lights are not working.

interior fuse should be the culprit. Look for the Radio fuse inside (normally 10A red) sometimes labeled CABIN on the fuse layout

Car wont start keeps blowing 50 amp maxifuse

sounds to me that something is deffinently shorting out. I would check the wiring for any point that may be bare and making contact with the metal part of the car. I would also unbolt the fuse pannel and make sure that there is not a bare wire shorting out on the back side of thefuse pannel. Also something else I have seen happen in commercil vehicles ( BIG RIGS ) is that a lite bulb has burnt out and the filament from the bulb is actually arcing out on the hot side of the other filament. Worth looking at and good luck.
