The starter is located on the lower side of the motor. Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Remove flywheel cover (s). Disconnect starter solenoid wiring. Remove starter mounting bolts. Remove shims and note arrangement for reassembly (if equipped). Remove starter assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure. Ensure shims are installed in original location (if equipped). Tighten fasteners to specification. Starter Bolts 35 Ft. Lbs, Flywheel Cover Bolts 89 Ft. Lbs, Positive Battery Cable-To-Solenoid Nut 89 Ft. Lbs, "S" Terminal Nut 37 Ft. Lbs

YOU MUST DISCONNECT THE EARTH/NEGATIVE LEAD FROM BATTERY! if still not sure of location ? just follow the positive + cable from the battery and it will be connected to starters solenoid do you have a problem? we could advise on?with starter ?
