Hello fix ya.. does high idle really consumes more gas??because my car's idle is so low that makes it stall when im idling,,so i decided to change the idle to high..now,,my car has a very high idle and it wont stall anymore when im idling.. please help..does putting my idle too high consumes more gas.. please reply..
Obviously does, more RPM needs more gas

Yes. The engine is turning faster (more RPM), which means the cylinders are firing more often, and hence using more gas. You want the idle set somewhere between "too low" and "too high."

Every Vehicle has idle settings you are supposed to adhere to Only a carburator has adjustment If your touching a fuel injected throttle body fixed & threadlockered screw your going to have many issues on a computer controlled vehicle

Read what I wrote If you have fuel injection That is any vehicle after 1988 You do not adjust any idle the computer does that
