A bad ecu, in need of repair, will also cause a no start condition in your Jeep. Search on this site for "delayed start no check engine light problem'.

SOURCE: changed water pump now my 95 jeep grand cherokee wont start

A 50/50 mix of an ethylene glycol based anti-freeze and water is recommended at all times.

The solution not only has a lower freezing point than water, it has a higher boiling point to prevent overheating.

Year round it acts as a rust preventative.

If you have A/C, it will prevent your heater core from freezing up.

Alcohol or methanol base coolants are specifically not recommended.

But to answer your question specifically:

To start, just water will work.

SOURCE: after i start my 95 jeep grand cherokee limited

crank or camshaft sensor will cause this, a bad crank sensor will cause it not to start or start hard. it controls timing and sends info to pcm for proper fuel mixture and spark at the right time.

My 1995 jeep grand cherokee Laredo won't start, or

You might not believe this, but check your battery. Some of these vehicles have cut-outs when the battery level goes below a preset amount.
I work on Ford brands and on them, a low battery level will even disconnect the Alternator circuit and mess with the starter. Some even act up when the battery slightly dips below 12 volts.

Your antitheft can make your starter cut out. And If you think about it, all of the measurements to make the engine run are based on feedback of voltage and amperage. This is how the engine management system adjusts. If your prime source of power is low, then all of the following electrical readings will be low. Some may be too low to work.

Your fuelpump will hold pressure in a closed system for hours. The fuel pressure regulator will command the fuelpump to stop working if the fuel pressure is at maximum. Without responses from the other components and after satisfactory pressure, the fuelpump will turn off.

Daewoo Leganza turns over but wont start, just getting a clicking sound from under the hood. Any clues to what this may be?

you need two people one at the key and one at the starter first check batery connectionsmake sure there clean .then check cableswiggle to see if there loose .than check battery do the head lights come on bright . not ok than repair batery conn cables or charge batery. if ok than follow the click to the starter hopefully, cilinder shaped item mounted to tranmission engine connection point.( while in park or nutral) they turn key to start position you tap on starter case .if it cranks over you need to replace starter.

95 jeep cherokee country 6 cyl auto. wont crank all the time

Bad solenoid i would guess. Not making a connection there. Any basic wiring and ignition switch problems should be alleviated by jumping the starter with a screwdriver. I would check the solenoid and starter brushes

MY JEEP WONT START IT CLICKS I HAVE REPLACED BATERY EVEYTHING I CAN THINK OF

If all you are getting is clicks when you turn the key, the first things to look at are a faulty starter, starter solenoid, or ignition relay. Hope this helped and best wishes.

Jeep doesn't start

I would suggest the starter. The brushes in the starter tend to go bad over time and you may be hitting a dead spot in the starter when cranking it. Another indication that the starter could be a problem would be the engine is cranking over slower.
