'95 Nissan Maxima-Alarm goes off-then windows & doors won't work

My Maxima is acting crazy. Sometimes the remote doesn't work the locks to open the doors. When I put the key in to unlock the door, the alarm goes off. After several tries, the remote will eventually turn off the alarm and open the door. After this happens, the door locks don't work unless you open them manually and the windows will not work at all. I have put a new battery in the remote and that hasn't helped. I have taken it to the repair shop several times and after it sits there a several days waiting to be repaired - it starts working again! Could it be the alarm system jamming out the windows and doors or could it be a fuse or the body control module? Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. It's really aggravating and is driving me nuts!!

Open the drivers door panel and locate the inside lock cylinder, there is an alarm switch that wrap around it with an electrical wire came out, it might also have another one on the passenger side in some other model . What it does is arm and disarm the alarm when you use the mechanical key and in some other model, it also lower the window when you disarm. The switch might pop out of place or deteriorated due to age. Good luck all.

I own a 1995 Nissian Maxmia and each time I unlocke the door the alarm goes off. HOw do I stop the alarm

sounds crazy but a locksmith showed me this trick. Open the trunk and remove the pretty cover under the lid so you have access to the trunk lock, there are two wires leading to the alarm for the trunk. pull that off and away from the lock mechanism and once you do that wave a magnet over the flat steel part of it. It will reset your alarm...

How to program 1997 Maxima remote

Try this it works for the 95 and 96 models it should also work for all models 95 thru 99. 1st you need to get in the car and hit the lock button on the drivers door switch. Make sure doors and windows are all shut. To program the remote you must insert the key into the ignition 6 to 8 times rapidly in a 10 second time period and when you have done it correct the hazards lights will then illuminate twice. Next then you must hit the lock button quickly on the remote due to a slight time delay only hit the button once. Keep repeating this step until it works and to find out if it worked hold down the trunk button or the unlock button(the front windows should let down on you Mad-Max.

1993 Nissan Maxima SE Car Alarm freaks out, and other electrical

Im no professional but i did recently buy a 93 maxima and i have the same security alarm problem and my powered locks dont work at all. im taking off the door panel today to take a look and see if the alarm sensor is loose or damaged, if it is, ill probably just disconnect it. one thing i have noticed though is that when i hit the lock or unlock button, i hear a faint click from the dashboard area which im assuming is the solenoid on a transistor which would mean that the buttons work but the transistor isnt delivering power. Semi-Solution for Locks: Listen for very quiet click when you lock/unlock doors, if you hear it, uve got major work to do, if you dont, then take apart the door and check the switch connections. Semi-Solution for Alarm: take off the door panel and disconnect the sensor.
