Could be the starter. Also how are your batter connections? Nice and tight and clean?? If so than check the single wire going into the starter. Not the battery cable, but the small wire that goes into the solenoid. Unplug that wire and put volt meter into the connector on the harness side and check for 12V, while you turn the ignition to "START" position. If 12V is present, suspect the starter.

Have a nissan that want start, horn blows, battery is good, but want make a sound

Check ignition switch, and starter solenoid for functionality. Also, just because the horn blows, doesn't mean the battery holds a good enough load to crank the starter. Check to see if battery voltage drops when key is turned.

2002 nissan altima wont crank?

Check the transmission neutral start inhibit switch is not the cause of your problem. (try both 'P' to 'N' positions).
If the headlights work ok there should be enough power in the battery to at least make a solenoid type noise when start is attempted- so it may not be caused by a faulty alternator.
Check the battery terminals are clean and firmly attached to the battery,
Check battery is properly grounded to the chassis and motor,
Check that +12v is available at the starter motor engage solenoid when the ignition switch is held in the 'start' position - check any start slave relay operation.
If all above is OK, you may have a faulty starter motor.

My 93 altima started yesterday just fine.Willnot even turn over today, there is power ,not even clicking. Checked fuses ,battery, moved relays around not sure how to check them

there is whats called a fuseable link on the + side of the battery taht may have burnt out over time!
bst get a auto electrician or a mechanic to come over & test it for you
