Buzz sound in the rear passengerside Volvo V50 2009 - help

Dear forum, I would like some help diagnosing a problem. My Volvo has just developed a buzz in the rear passenger side. It does not do this all the time but when it does it seems to be when the engine hits a certain frequency to cause the vibration. You tube video of the sound attached. http://youtu.be/bMrIjH00lac Any help appreciated. Thanks

Rear windscreen washes when stalk pulled forward?

It should be that when you pull the stalk towards you the front wiper/headlight wiper operate, away from you for the rear wiper. It hasn't just rewired itself, and miswiring seems quite unlikely.

Has it been dismantled? Has any other electrical work been done near relays or fusebox?
Some history would be useful. I'm also wondering whether it could also be changed by programming the computer? If you don't have any history I would join a volvo forum and seek further advice before you start dismantling the stalk wiring.
not sure where you are in the world so here are a couple

You are on the right path, this sounds like the resistor is bad and keeping your fan on, the resistor is located on the passengerside under the dash bolted to the heaterbox next to blowermotor, also the correct name for this is fan control module, heres a diagram to help you it show the module inside car, hope this helps.5c80511.gif

Rear passengerside seat belt stuck in retracted position, cannot raise rear seat to upright position. how do I fix it?

You will most likely need to replace the seatbelt retractor. The best place to find a replacement is usually your local self service auto salvage lot. I replaced mine last year and it ran me $10 for the retractor and u pull and pay.

Axle roar

Could be any one of the bearings in the rear axle. Suggest taking it to a reputable transmission shop to get it diagnosed further.

Where is fuel pump on 1996 960 Volvo?

The fuel pump of 960 is inside the tank attached together with the floater. There is a screen filter attached to the floater which need to be cleaned/changed from time to time. The outside filter is situated under the carriage. To know when the pump about to give problem, there will be a grinding/hissing sound.
