Which door locks aren't working ? Driver an front passenger door locks are controlled by the BCM - body control module ,not a relay . Rear doors are controlled by a relay , door lock relay located in the underhood fuse / relay box . Should show location on the inside of the fuse box lid

Check fuse and fuel pump relay if both ok could be disconnected or broken wire ( very rare problem) or even bad ecm.

There is no relay covering all 3 of these! Most likely a fuse blown, check fuse box inside and under hood of vehicle!

IT WOULD BE IN THE INTERIOR FUSE BOX INSIDE TRUCK DRIVERS SIDE

check door lock fuse owners manual will have fuse location check this first

under the hood right in front of battery is a fuse box

Check the driver door unlock relay located in the instrument panel fuse box. Switch it out with another relay that is the same. This might be the problem.

i work at a chevy dealership,just had the same problem my fix was to replace the power door lock relay located on drivers side interior fuse block

The rear doors have a separate relay for the lock and unlock function. There's a good chance the unlock relay is bad. The relays in question are located in the left instrument panel fuse block. Hope this helps
